- STAUFF Form EVO Tube Forming System/
- System Advantages
System Design and Components
- Based on standard components including the standard union nut of the STAUFF Connect product range according to ISO 8434-1 - No duplicate stock-keeping of similar components with a correspondingly high risk of confusion.
- Positive-locking connection with an elastomer seal with a particularly large cross-section to provide a secure and permanent seal even with unfavourable tolerances
- Sealing of the only possible leakage path primarily via the STAUFF Form EVO sealing ring as well as the secondary, face-side sealing
- Preservation of the flow behaviour through optimised contour of the formed pipe end

Forming Machine
- Robust table-top unit for continuous series production in the workshop
- High efficiency thanks to low cycle times
- Intuitive operation via touchscreen
- Optional cloud connection as well as machine instruction and training courses
- Attractive maintenance packages to ensure optimum service
- Low insertion depths compared to alternative systems for even more complex geometries and smaller tube bending radii
Tool Concept
- Optimal tool concept with exchangeable internal mandrels, so that only a small number of tools is required to cover all pipe diameters.
- Clear labelling of tools with the respective pipe diameters to consistently exclude assembly errors due to incorrect assignment
- Short tool change and set-up times, as spigots, clamping jaws and mandrels can be changed quickly and easily without any tools at all

Materials, Resistance and Areas of Application
- Suitable for steel and stainless steel pipe as standard - other pipe materials can be implemented on request
- Covers all metric pipe dimensions from 6 x 1.5 mm to 42 x 4 mm in the light series or up to 38 x 6 mm in the heavy series
- Pressure resistance up to 800 bar in the heavy series - designed with fourfold safety and maximum tear-out resistance
- Due to the use of FKM (Viton®) perfectly suitable for challenging applications with high temperatures or aggressive media - Thanks to the combined metal-elastomer seal, low-temperature ranges down to -35° C are possible without restrictions
- All components made of steel as standard with STAUFF zinc/nickel surface for maximum durability and resistance
Final Assembly in the Fitting Body
- Conceivably simple final assembly in the fitting body with low tightening torques and short assembly paths (after reaching the fixed point) as well as minimised with low tightening torques and short assembly risk of overassembly.
- Assembly errors are consistently avoided due to the laterally identical profile of the sealing ring
- Any number of repeat assemblies, as damaging widening of the 24° inner cone of the gland body is technically impossible
- No time-consuming and cost-intensive qualification of the workers required to carry out the work
