STAUFF UK Announces Major ERP System Upgrade and Temporary Closure
After 20 years of dedicated service, the current version of STAUFF UK’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is heading into retirement. In its place, we’re launching a brand-new, fully integrated ERP platform that will lay the digital foundation for the next 25 years of efficiency, connectivity, and customer service.
The new system will bring major enhancements, including:
Seamless integration with our digital platform and webshop
Improved internal processes for faster and more accurate service
Better communication between STAUFF and customer systems
A modern user experience across all touchpoints
Planned Downtime: What You Need to Know
To implement this important upgrade, we will be closing all three of our UK facilities and digital services for a brief period:
📦 Final dispatches: Wednesday 25th June
🔒 Closed: Thursday 26th – Monday 30th June (inclusive)
🛒 Web shop and digital platform will also be offline during this period
✅ Operations resume: Tuesday 1st July
We recommend customers plan ahead and place essential orders early to avoid any disruption.
