ERP System Upgrade & Temporary Closure Notice

After 20 years of dedicated service, the current version of STAUFF UK’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is heading into retirement. In its place, we’re launching a brand-new, fully integrated ERP platform that will lay the digital foundation for the next 25 years of efficiency, connectivity, and customer service.

The new system will bring major enhancements, including:

• Seamless integration with our digital platform and webshop

• Improved internal processes for faster and more accurate service

• Better communication between STAUFF and customer systems

• A modern user experience across all touchpoints

Planned Downtime: What You Need to Know

To implement this important upgrade, we will be closing all three of our UK facilities and digital services for a brief period:

📦 Final dispatches: Wednesday 25th June
🔒 Closed: Thursday 26th – Monday 30th June (inclusive)
🛒 Web shop and digital platform will also be offline during this period
✅ Operations resume: Tuesday 1st July

We recommend customers plan ahead and place essential orders early to avoid any disruption.
