STAUFF Valves

The STAUFF product newsletters provide information on relevant product-related news by e-mail at infrequent intervals, but not more often than once a month for each selected product segment.

Currently, newsletters are provided in five product segments, which can be subscribed to separately:

The selection of the product segments according to product interest is made on the registration form. Here you also have the option of subscribing to the newsletters for all product segments at the same time.

A hydraulic valve is used to appropriately direct the flow of a liquid medium (commonly oil) through a hydraulic system. The direction of the flow depends on the position of a spool. A hydraulic system can only function properly with the use of valves.

Key design features of STAUFF hydraulic valves include:

• Ball valve body made of European quality steel with the option of full material identification and traceability
• Ball with a full bore with no cross-section restriction in the ball valve
• Hard chrome-plated balls to reduce friction and seat wear
• Ball seats made of Delrin® (P0M) to assure low operating torques
• No exposed threads in the flow passage
• High-quality design with a large thrust washer (strength of 1 mm) and backup ring to protect the O-ring against extrusion

The STAUFF hydraulic valve portfolio includes two-way ball valves and multi-way ball valves. These include three-way ball valves and four-way ball valves of various designs and sizes, made of steel or stainless steel, for medium-pressure and high-pressure applications.

The product range is completed by hydraulic flow control valves (such as throttle valves and check valves) for in-line assembly, manifold mounting, and cartridge assembly, as well as single-station and multi-station gauge isolator valves.

For special applications, STAUFF can provide technically modified products that will, for example, cover extreme pressure ranges up to 800 bar /12,000 PSI and temperatures up to +500°C / +930°F.
