Series HR

The HR series screw-to-connect couplings with poppet valve from STAUFF are specially designed for high-pressure applications with strong pulsations and vibrations. They consist of a coupling sleeve with an external thread and a coupling plug with a screw sleeve and enable a secure, tool-free connection of hydraulic lines by simply screwing them together. The HR series is ideal for use in heavy construction machinery and industrial hydraulic systems.

The precise fit of the internal components significantly reduces the risk of material fatigue. The design also prevents so-called "brinelling" - permanent indentations on the surface of the connector that can occur in extreme applications with conventional plug-in couplings.

The HR series is available in several nominal sizes and is designed for operating pressures of up to 650 bar. The coupling can be connected under pressure up to 100 bar (1450 PSI).

The HR series couplings fulfil the requirements of international standards for high-pressure screw-to-connect couplings. The surface treatment fulfils the requirements for reliable corrosion protection in accordance with VDMA 24576.
