STAUFF Clamps

The STAUFF product newsletters provide information on relevant product-related news by e-mail at infrequent intervals, but not more often than once a month for each selected product segment.

Hydraulic clamps secure and organise pipes, hoses, cables, and other parts in various industrial and mechanical applications. These clamps are special devices designed for this purpose.

Different industries and mechanical systems commonly employ STAUFF clamps. They have a design that keeps components in place and prevents them from moving or vibrating excessively during operation.

STAUFF hydraulic pipe clamps are strong and are commonly made of metal or plastic. They have a special design to securely hold parts without causing harm. They often feature a rubber or elastomer insert that provides cushioning and reduces vibrations.

These clamps come in different sizes and shapes to accommodate various types of pipes and components. They are often used in various industries. Some examples include hydraulics, automotive, construction, and agriculture. Their purpose is to guarantee safe and dependable installations. Additionally, they help maintain the integrity of fluid and electrical systems.

Our STAUFF Clamps have been used for over 50 years. These clamps can accommodate diameters up to 450 mm. They come in Standard, Heavy, and Twin Series, and are known for their quick installation.

STAUFF's fire-proof clamp bodies are made using materials that meet international fire-protection standards. These standards include BS 6853, EN 45545-2, and UL 94. The materials used in the clamp bodies have been tested and approved to ensure their compliance with these standards.

STAUFF guarantees prompt service, even for customised solutions according to customer’s specifications or based on our in-house development.

STAUFF uses Zinc/Nickel surface coating for clamps, hardware, and carbon steel. This coating has a long history of success. This coating has been successful for a long time. It provides reliable surface protection – even after transport, handling, and assembly – and meets all current legal requirements. 

Versions in stainless steel V2A and V4A are generally available from stock. Alternative materials and surfaces are available on request.
