Series HH

The screw coupling QRC-HH for pressures up to 650 bar is characterised, among other things, by a highly effective corrosion protection coating on a zinc-nickel basis. It was developed for rescue hydraulics, but can also be used in industrial applications, e.g. for clamping tools. The coating offers maximum resistance to red rust/ base metal corrosion even under practical conditions and exceeds even the highest requirements of corrosion protection class K5, which are defined in VDMA standard sheet 24576 for pipe connections. The high safety factor of the coupling is also typical of Stauff: the bursting pressure corresponds to at least four times the operating pressure. The screw coupling is particularly suitable for Industrial Hydraulic, Rescue and Tensioning Hydraulics.
