STAUFF Quick Release Couplings

Hydraulic quick release couplings are commonly used to facilitate the fast and easy connection and disconnection of fluid lines. They are a useful alternative to fitting connections that require tools for assembly and disassembly. Regardless of manufacturer, all quick connect / disconnect couplings have a plug and a socket.

Quick release couplings are designed with a spring-loaded ball-latching mechanism. This feature automatically locks the two halves of the fitting when they are pressed together. They can be unlocked by pulling the sleeve back and unloading the balls to release the connection. This process is advantageous as it can be done quickly and by one hand.

Depending on the series, hydraulic quick release couplings from STAUFF can be coupled under pressure, ergonomically actuated with one hand, and universally exchanged. They may also feature our high-quality zinc / nickel coating and are available with a ball valve or as a flat-face version.

Whether push–pull couplings or threaded models, all products are free from hexavalent chromium Cr (VI) and comply with:
