The STAUFF Connect product group is closely aligned with market requirements. It contains an extensive range of compact, easy-to-assemble tube connectors made of carbon steel. These are suitable for metric tubes with outer diameters ranging from 4 to 42 mm in accordance with ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353: 

• 24° cutting ring fittings 
• 24° taper fittings with O-ring 
• 24° weld cones with O-ring 
• 37° flared tube fittings 

Tube fittings are among the most commonly used and established industrial tube connector systems worldwide. They are regarded as the universal standard for fluid power applications in markets that use the metric system. The STAUFF Connect range includes tube connectors ideal for light, medium, heavy, and extra-heavy wall tubing. This allows the optimum dimensioning of pipework circuits and saves material costs.

STAUFF's zinc / nickel surface coating has proven successful for many years. It contributes to the quality carbon steel finish of the tube connector range, meeting all current legal requirements. Its reliable surface protection carries through transport, handling, and assembly.

The STAUFF Connect product range is completed by a complete range of accessories, including check and alternating valves. These are ideal for inline installation and thread reducers, as well as blanking plugs and screws.

All STAUFF accessories are supplied with zinc / nickel surfacing as standard. However, alternative product types, sizes, materials, and surface coatings can be supplied upon request.

This range also includes STAUFF's automated assembly machinery and hardened, wear-resistant tools. These enable the reliable assembly of tube connectors for both series production in the workshop and on-site.
